Our next Pathfinders business breakfast is on Friday 24th February, 7:00am at The Colonial Golf Course.

Tarran is a keynote speaker, educator, executive coach, author and consultant. Described as witty, wise and matter of

fact; funny, feminine, practical and upfront, Tarranʼs passionate about you eliminating fear, maximising your talent and

accepting responsibility for your action and inaction!

Tarran has 19 years' combined experience in management, key leadership and strategic decision-making roles within

the not-for-profit, community services, training, corporate and financial environments. Tarran has served on the national

executive of a large organisation with annual turnover in excess of more than $55million in 2009, lead a team of 100+

and contributed to numerous advisory roles with the State Government funded Workforce Planning Council.

In 2003 Tarran was nominated for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year Award for contributions to the community

services sector. Today Tarran continues to invest in the success of courageous entrepreneurs, business women,

leaders, change agents and the organisations that employ them, while actively volunteering with Crossroads Disability

Program, Gold Coast, serving in their Band and Board.
