Ps Janine is a popular conference speaker and magazine columnist who carries a heart to see people of all ages rise to their full potential and live out their God given dreams. In 1999, Ps Andrew and Janine founded Get Smart Ministries which is a youth conference that attracts over 3,500 day-time delegates each year. It has become one of New Zealand's leading youth conferences. In 2003, Ps Andrew and Janine were a part of the leadership team of Life, with Ps Paul and Maree de Jong. In 2008, they were sent from Life to be based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, Australia to work as evangelists under Ps Phil and Chris Pringle at C3 Oxford Falls.
